Cook the Book!
Join us to discuss a group favorite in Milk Street: The World in a Skillet by Christopher Kimball. Recipes featured in this cookbook are all cooked in one pot or pan and are grouped by cooking times (an hour or less, 45 minutes, and under 30 minutes). Enjoy dishes found in this book such as Kenyan Coconut Chicken, Turkish Beef with Peppers and Tomatoes, and Skillet Spanakopita. Participants are encouraged to make a recipe from the cookbook to share with the group. Registration is required for this program. Cookbooks will be available for checkout at the Main Library 4 weeks prior to the program.
