Graphic Novel Book Club : Garlic & the Vampire
Are you a graphic novel fan? Join us this summer! We read graphic novels and then meet for a fun discussion and chance to do an activity or craft based on the titles. This book club is for readers entering grades 3-6. Please read the books beforehand and prepare for fun discussions!
In August, we are discussing "Garlic & the Vampire" by Bree Paulsen. This cozy fantasy novel centers around Garlic, a young clove who is put to the test when her quaint garden home is threatened by a vampire! She must find it in herself to go on a quest and brave this creature to save her garden freinds. Can she do it?
Copies of the book are available online or at the Children's Information desk one month before the discussion. Registration required.
