Cook the Book!

Join us to discuss Open Kitchen: Inspired Food for Casual Gatherings by Susan Spungen. Recipes featured in this cookbook are best for occasions that call for simple but elevated (and elegant) comfort food. Indulge in recipes such as Burrata with Pickled Cherries, Rosy Harissa Chicken, or the Strawberry-Basil Sherbet. Participants are encouraged to make a recipe from the cookbook to share with the group. Registration is required for this program. Cookbooks will be available for checkout at the Main Library 4 weeks prior to the program.
