Cook the Book: The Weekday Vegetarians
With Jenny Rosenstrach's hit cookbook The Weekday Vegetarians, you don't need to be a vegetarian to eat like one. Jenny's cookbook offers practical tips and techniques for getting more meat-free meals into your rotation, with meals such as Crispy Cabbage Pancakes, Honey-Crusted Skillet Corn Bread, and a Pizza Salad with White Beans. Participants are encouraged to make a recipe from the cookbook to share with the group. Registration is required for this program. Cookbooks will be available for checkout at the Main Library 4 weeks prior to the program.
