                Outdoor Tai Chi
Join Pamela Corbin, Certified Tai Chi Instructor, each Thursday to learn the movements of Tai Chi and their many health benefits. While Tai Chi was first developed in ancient times as a martial art, it is generally safe for all ages and fitness levels. There is no fee to attend, but please register before coming; Class meets outdoors on the Colonnade in good weather (Fernway/Boulevard Room in case of inclement weather). Also, please bring a water bottle and wear loose, comfortable clothing and shoes.
