Tai Chi
Join Pamela Corbin, Certified Tai Chi Instructor, on Thursdays to learn Tai Chi and the many health benefits of the Sun Style movements. While Tai Chi first developed in ancient times as a martial art, it has been adapted to be safe for all ages and fitness levels today. There is no fee to attend, but please register before coming. Class meets indoors in the Fernway/Boulevard Room at Main Library. Please come a few minutes early if you are new to the class, and remember to bring a water bottle and wear loose, comfortable clothing and shoes.
