Introduction to Canning

Curious about canning? Come learn about the science of safe canning from an OSU extension expert. The presentation will cover both water bath and pressure canning methods and provide tested sources for recipes and processes, giving you the knowledge to start preserving foods safely and effectively. Just imagine the jars of home-canned jams, pickles, salsas and more that could be in your future!  
 
No experience necessary but registration is required.
