PubReads: Fahrenheit 451 (Ray Bradbury)

Fahrenheit 451 by Ray Bradbury: In this classic dystopian novel, books are banned and "firemen" burn any that are found. The story follows Guy Montag, a fireman who begins to question society's anti-intellectualism and oppressive censorship. The novel explores the power of knowledge, censorship, and the consequences of a superficial, entertainment-obsessed society.

Copies of the book and audiobook are available at the Main Library one month before the discussion.  eBooks and eAudiobooks can also be found on Libby and Hoopla.

PubReads meets at The Van Aken District Market Hall (Raider's Space) at 3441 Tuttle Rd., Shaker Heights, OH 44122.
