Cook the Book: Umma, A Korean Mom's Kitchen Wisdom
Join us for a cookbook that spans generations of recipes, passed down from a mother to her daughter. With recipes backed up by America's Test Kitchen, Umma explores both traditional and contemporary dishes that are sure to make anyone feel welcomed. Enjoy recipes such as Marinated Avocado and Pollack Roe Rice, Kimichi Pancakes, and Dumplings.
Participants are encouraged to make a recipe from the cookbook to share with the group. Registration is required for this program. Cookbooks will be available for checkout at the Main Library 4 weeks before the program.
