Cook the Book: Shred Happens

Join us for this low-carb, high-protein cookbook that infuses Mediterranean and Middle Eastern flavors while being mindful of macros and caloric intake. Enjoy recipes such as fresh herb frittata, easy cheesy stuffed tomatoes, one-pan beef & sauerkraut, and tiramisu. 

 

Participants are encouraged to make a recipe from the cookbook to share with the group. Registration is required for this program. Cookbooks will be available for checkout at the Main Library 4 weeks before the program.
