Mystery Book Discussion: The Queens of Crime
The Queens of Crime by Marie Benedict. When Lord Peter Wimsey's creator, novelist Dorothy Sayers, invites four brilliant female mystery writers to join London's elite Detection Club, the male members scoff at their talents. But these trailblazing women, dubbing themselves the "Queens of Crime," are about to prove the fiction isn't the only place they can solve a murder. When a real corpse turns up, the game is afoot - and this time, it's personal.
Copies of the book will be available at the Shaker Main Library Circulation desk one month before the discussion. Electronic copies are available via Libby.
