PubReads: The Nickel Boys by Colson Whitehead

The Nickel Boys by Colson Whitehead follows Elwood Curtis, an idealistic Black teenager in 1960s Florida, who is sent to the brutal Nickel Academy reform school. There, he faces violence and injustice that expose the deep racial cruelties of America.
