Outdoor Tai Chi

Join Pamela Corbin, Certified Tai Chi Instructor, each Monday this summer outdoors at the Colonnade next to the Main library to learn the health benefits and movements of Tai Chi, an ancient martial art that is generally safe for all ages and fitness levels. Please bring water and wear loose clothing and comfortable shoes for this introduction to Tai Chi exercises. Space is limited. Please register before coming.

The library will observe Independence Day on Monday July 5th and Labor Day on Monday September 6th so there will be no Tai Chi program those days.
