Using Email: Email Etiquette

In this class, participants will begin to understand the basics of professional email etiquette. We will practice writing emails that include a clear subject, a polite greeting, a concise body, and a proper closing. Then, we will type and send emails using prompts based on common situations.

Following the lesson, attendees will have the option to create a Northstar Digital Literacy learner account and complete a proctored assessment to test their learning. 

This class is part of our Using Email series and is supported by Northstar Digital Literacy.
