Basic Computer Skills: Devices and Computer Log On
In this class, participants will be introduced to different types of computers and their parts. We will practice turning on and logging on to computers, as well as logging off and shutting down a computer properly. By the end of class, participants should be comfortable recognizing common computer parts and their purpose and identifying specific computer parts on different devices.
Following the lesson, attendees will have the option to create a Northstar Digital Literacy learner account and complete a proctored assessment to test their learning.
This class is part of our Essential Computer Skills: Basic Computer Skills series and is supported by Northstar Digital Literacy.
