Using Email: Email Etiquette
In this class, we will learn the basics of professional email etiquette. Learners will practice writing emails that include a clear subject, a polite greeting, a concise body, and a proper closing. Then, we will type and send emails using prompts based on common situations.
This class is part of our Using Email series and is supported by Northstar Digital Literacy.
