Cook the Book: Easy Weeknight Dinners: 100 Fast, Flavor-Packed Meals

Join us for an easy night out with Emily Weinstein's Easy Weeknight Dinners: 100 Fast, Flavor-Packed Meals. This cookbook is a collection of recipes from multiple New York Times Cookbook authors and has meals that can be made in as little as 10 minutes. Enjoy dishes such as Beef Short Rib Rice Bowls, Pork Meatballs with Ginger and Fish Sauce, and Sabich Bowls. 

 

Participants are encouraged to make a recipe from the cookbook to share with the group. Registration is required for this program. Cookbooks will be available for checkout at the Main Library 4 weeks before the program.
