Chair Yoga

Join Mary Beth Rezek, experienced yoga teacher, as she guides participants through a variety of yoga poses with the support of a chair. A short meditation will follow. Chair yoga helps maintain mobility, improve flexibility, cultivate mindfulness, and increase body awareness. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring water. Registration is required.
